In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and global data protection regulations (GDPR), users have the right to request the complete removal of their personal information and data associated with Nukta Technologies services or Facebook Login apps.

How to Request Immediate Data Deletion

  1. Send an email from your registered email address to support@nuktatechnologies.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name / Business].
  3. Include your full name, email address, phone number, and any associated Meta User ID (if requesting deletion of Meta App permissions).
  4. Our Privacy Compliance Officer will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 48 hours.

Turnaround & Confirmation

All verified data deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Upon completion, all lead records, contact logs, and Meta pixel mapping linked to your email will be permanently purged from our active databases and backup logs.
